Default Check Engine Light/Octane etc

Check engine went on yesterday. SO I read the code and it was the o2 bank 2 something else 2? Which o2 sensor is that? I ve recently added a programmer that requires 93 octane but I killed the program to get to stock settings so I could keep running 89 octane. Question is should I be putting 93 octane in my car? heads pipe, cat back intake all was done. I reset the code, however the light came back on today. Could running a lower octane trip the light with performance parts? I have a 03 GT. Thanx!

Just replace the sensor. Bank 2 should be the driver's side.
