89 Engine swap

Guys,
I have an 89 LX with a blown 2.3L engine. I have finally been able to track a replacement down in my area but the best I can do is a 94 2.3L from a Ranger. Any idea how tough the swap will be?

As easy as pulling out the bad engine and dropping in the good engine. They are basically the same engine.
