Default Replacing balljoints?

I have a link here on how to replace the balljoints, thats not a problem. What im asking is how long its taken any of you to actually replace them. How long per side? Also, i do not have a torque wrench that goes to 200ft-lbs, mine only goes to 100. Will an impact be enough for the strut-to-spindle bolts?

Thanks.

Shouldn't take that long, impact is fine for strut to spindle, probably doesnt even need 100lbs of torque...
