Hey Guys,

Here is my problem. I have a 2001 Saleen S281SC with 24K miles. I have an opportunity to get a 2004 Terminator also in stock trim. The dealership is offering me $21000 for my Saleen and $26,900 for the Cobra. I am torn, I like the looks of my Saleen but love the power potential of the SVT and have always loved both cars. What do I do? Your opions will weigh greatly on my decision whether to keep the Saleen or trade for the SVT. Thanks for your responses in advance.

Ohh forgot to mention the Cobra has 27,000 miles.

I loved my 03 Cobra vert. I got it into the 11's at full weight with nothing but pulleys and a good tune. I didn't even lunch it hard out of the hole because I had stock half shafts. Buy the Cobra, you won't regret it.

 

Go with the Cobra those things haveso much potensial. My buddy has one with just pullies and exhaust, that thing is mean and sounds sick.

I would go with the svt, If I remember right the saleen doesn't have forged internals?
