no need to remove the splash guard . the compressors are safe . I have some but dont use them , they have locking tabs so they wont come off .

i looked around and i can get a loanercompressor from autozone and my local speed shop. i have decided to get the eiback pro goin to order them next week!!
I think you'll be satisfied with the eibach pro-kit. It will give you the stance you are after, and will improve handling. The ride quality will suffer if you don't replace your struts regardless of the springs you use. This is because the stock struts/shocks will be out of their optimal operating range. Plus, it's less work if you do it all at once rather than taking it all apart later just to do the struts/shocks. I only scrape my h-pipe on large speed bumps, and my chin spoiler on big driveway dips. If your careful you can minimize this. A spring compressor is not required, but recommended for safety reasons, which you can usually rent from an autoparts store. If you are mechanically inclined, its a fairly simple install.

those are for a coilover set-up. which if you haven't gotten springs yet you may want to consider the coilover's . if you go w/ the eibach pro kit & tokico's you will want the white struts/shocks I think . here's a link w/ part #'s ...

how about scraping or speed bumps? i want a 1.5 drop but dont want to one day pull in the gas statiion and have one of their tank lids rip my exhaust off. lol
You just gotta have an understanding that your car IS lower than before and be careful. Watch out for speedbumps and such and take 'em real slow.

Save some more money and get adjustable shocks/struts, i regret not doing that, my tokico's are pretty stiff up front, the rear feels fine though, and dont forget to replace your pinion snubber above the rear axle with a shorter one, the springs may come with one.
