OK, I found the location of the Fuel Pump Relay on my 2000 Mustang V6 3.8L. The relay is under the dashboard on the drivers side. My old relay looks different than the new one (old one is a little smaller) but the pluggin prongs are the same. I will post a few pictures when I get my camera back home.

Ok, so I also have a 2006 mustang v6 3.8L.. I am currently dealing with the exact same issue. Need to know where relay is. Also have a single grounded black/lt gr wired under the dash on metal plate. It has a male plug but can't seem to find other end. Please help
