223hp with 264ftlbs, on a motor with 3900 miles. I say she's healthy and room to breakin a little more. It wasn't a big turn out. But...their was a Saleen stang with s/c. I will have pics of it soon.

wouldnt synthetic's gains increase with more mods? i would think so seeing as it provides more power to use efficiently. could be wrong...i havent seen any numbers proving it, just a guess.

Yup bone *** stock, no mods using conventional oil. Just changed the oil yesterday (sunday) to royal purple. I think the car loves the purple. This morning it idle and sounded a lot smoother. Could just be the weather.

Plan on changing the tranny and rear end when I do the gear change next summer.

I think using synthetic may help you see 4-5hp at the end of the road also..

Silver: I believe it, when I switched to synthetic oil with my old Iroc-z, it idled smoother and start-up was much easier...
