Default Help! Newbie shifter install questionf

Please help me. I just purchased a Steeda Tri-ax shifter for my 2007 Cali. Unfortunately I got it on ebay and it didn't come with any instructions or hardware, i.e. bolts or needed bushings. I will need to order the missing parts, but I cannot screw on the stock shifter onto the Tri-ax arm. It is bent at an angle and even if it wasn't the threads are different. I thought that the stock **** could be re-used. Please help me if you can. I am not sure if there is another part that I am missing.
