how can i test it out
or how can i test out that my harnass is okay over there(voltage)

Check out the link below, they have a good write up and test procedure for the MAP sensor. Click on diagnostics on the top, and then click on volume 1. Its a PDF file so you need acrobat reader. Hope it helps!
