mach 1 and GT question
Mainly? Mach1 has a 4 valve per cylinder engine (2 intake 2 exhaust) vs the GT which has a 2 valve. There is obviously a lot more than that but thats the biggest.
And the Mach1 looks cooler with its functional shaker hood scoop.

also the mach1 w/ manual tranny has a forged crankshaft. mach has alot more cosmetic differences as well.

I thought that the shakerhood scoopwas mainly cosmetic as well. Doesn't it add like 3-5 hp? lol
They have the 4v engine which is a sweet engine, better suspension, better looks, different rims, different interior and a few other things. All that really matters is the 4v engine. lol

well at higher speeds (90+ mph) ram air does become functional. until that point its more or less just a really long cold air intake. you might get slightly cooler air than a fender well CAI...but it looks pretty restrictive to me. i say it does nothing but you have the right to say its functional compared to our cars.
