Default 1994 f150 brakes

my brakes on my winter beater are like...locked down sorta...if i put the truck in gear and let off the brake it just sits there for a few seconds then slowly starts to roll and as soon as i get on the brakes the pedal is half way down already and they just lock... then i let off and it will slowly start creeping again...anyone know the issue? fluid is full i already checked...i can go from park to reverse to drive without even touching the brake....

if the lines were bad/broken, wouldnt the pedal just drop to the floor though?

well your thinking if they're somehow ruptured, meaning a leak would take place, meaning you'd be finding brake fluid all over your driveway. so no, i don't think they're cracked or anything like that. but, maybe they're gummed up or something like that. sounds like they might actually be crimped somewhere, as the fluid doesn't seem to be flowing freely.
