What is the best way to clean up a radiator? and make it look decent?

If it's an old radiator take it to a radiator shop and have it "boiled out".This will clean it up and find any leaks you might have.Depending on your budget you might be better off to buy an aftermarket or OEM replacement.Make sure to buy an American made radiator because the imported ones aren't as well made.
