Default H pipe Question

I am looking in to buying bbk shorty heads with an offroad h-pipe. My Q's are it says that the offroad h-pipe is for race use only?!? So it cant go on street or pass emissions??? Also will the pipe just bolt on to my already existing flowmasters or should I check into that before I order them? Thx

Everything will bolt up nicely. The offroad pipe will fail emmisions and inspection it also cannot be legaly used on the street (but who cares!)

Just some people called the police me thinks, and lord knows I dont need any more trouble from them. Seriously though is it that much louder and smelly[>:] Then what other 15-20 hp h-pipe made by bbk IS street legal and can be bolted into shorty heads?

You will get better HP, but just do like everybody else. Keep your stock H-pipe and when emmissions come around bolt it back up...take your test...pass...go back home and bolt the offroad back on.

Kind of a pain but the onlyway you will be able to get offroads on a street driven car.
