Default Door actuator/Weatherstripping

I am being told I need an OEM passenger door actuator. My passenger door actuator is seized and its making my door locks not work at all. I need to go lock, but I think it blew the fuse. I cant even lock the passenger door manually with the key. Drivers side can be locked with key, but power lock button doesnt work. Anyhow, where do I find an affordable one. Dealer wants 230 bucks. Yowch. I found aftermarket ones, but the shop says it has to be oem because the generic ones wont work?! Anyone have experience in this? Or know for sure of an aftermarket one that WILL work? Also, anyone know where to find a more affordable header weatherstrip? Cheapest I can find is 90 shipped.Thanks.

check your local salvage yards.... also if the door doesnt let you unlock with the key your lock rod inside probably isnt in the clip
