i am thinking about swaping my 5.0 out of my 95 GT into my 94 mustang with the 3.8. how hard would that be and what all would have to be changed over. keep in mind they both they have the 5-speed tranny.

engine, i think k-member not sure on the 5.0, the rear end, the tranny becuase the bellhousings are different, radiator, front suspension, guage cluster, obviously wiring harness and ecu, etc...

 

I've done a few exhanges (V-8 replacing4 or 6-bangers) and unless you have lots of time, money, patience & friends to help troubleshoot ... don't even go down that road. It's way more fun to drive a Mustang than to work on it.
