yeah i know. i bet I spent a total of 7-8 hours trying to figure that pos out. i was hoping it didn't require taking the freaking power steering pump apart but oh well. I will have to get someone to press the pulley on and off.

clearance i meant the belt was rubbing. if you get the trick flow / march one the power steering pump stays put and the tensioner gets moved over. that pulley kit is stupid cause your still running a pulley no matter how easily it turns plus it looks retarded.

I disagree, That kits not stupid at all. Actually it's quite ingenious, you get to remove your AC, keep your stock belt size, lose some serious weight and see more of your engine.

Which i plan to have a nicer looking engine bay when I'm done.

I think it's one of the nicer looking setups too, that and i don't want to move my tensioner or my power steering pump. It's what I wanted and your not losing anything by turning that EXTREMELY free spining pulley, but on the other hand the pulley on that compressor doesn't turn near as easy.

Jealous that you didn't think it up??

to discharge my ac i just dissconnected the two hard lines from the top and let it all come out, as far as the delete kit i highly recommend the FMS one all it does it move the power steering up to where the ac is, i once had the march ac delete and it was a POS it threw like 2 belts in one day+ the motor lookes better with the FMS one

the one from FRPP is a stock production item. others are just dummy pulleys. when you get the FRPP yoru belt size is easy toget cause all you ask for is a stock A/C delete stang belt

I'd be careful about just pulling things apart on a charged ac system. One side has very high pressure and you don't want the refridgerentt getting in your eyes. Just take the car to a decent shop, they shouldn't charge much to discharge your system.

You don't have to take the pulley off the PS pump. I have the same kit.
