will an explorer intake bolt right up also do they have 65mm throttle bodys and if so will these bolt right up or will i have to change something?

The upper intake will not bolt up to your factory upper, it is the same pattern as a cobra so you will need the lower as well. The TB is a 65 but need some linkage modifications to work. When looking for the Explorer set up, be careful that you don't grab one without EGR provisions unless you already removed the EGR. It will throw codes if there are no passages in the intake for EGR.

Not sure, its easy enough to check, if there is a round hole in the middle of the lower or upper intake mounting flange then it has the EGR passage. The picture below is for a gasket for the Explorer or GT40 intake with EGR. Notice the small round hole in the center.
