Default AC Delete

Can you do this with no kit? Just get a shorter belt? What are the steps involved?

They say you have to get the AC system discharged but, I remember me and my friend discharged the AC on this caddy with an ice pick.

You could just delete the AC and get a shorter belt, or if you don't want to go GHETTO.

Get This:

and keep your stock belt length.

I bought the kit and can't figure out how to put it on for the life of me. It didn't come with directions and i can't tell what to do just by looking at the parts.

you basically repostion the power steerin pump into the position of the a/c and the delete take the place of the power steering unit this allows for a cleaner look and also makes it so you won't have clearance issue whit the belt rubbing together at the water pump pulley, which is what could potentially happenif you just used a shorter belt.

I have that same AC Delete kit. At first i couldnt figure out how to mount the brackets untill i searched for instructions on the internet, you would think they should come with the kit but anyways it looks nice, and very simple once you see the instructions.
