read this artical, you should be using a 6 pole switch. it will explain why.

i dont understand though, why would i need a 6 pole switch if everyone at the track uses regular 2 poles from flaming river and summit. the article is nice and all but there has to be an easier way with a regular 2 pole killswitch.

You want to kill the power from the Alt. to your ignition circuit. I believe that will cut the fuel off too.

Roundman may have the correct wiring setup since his stang is a strip only car.

my kill switch only kills the engine, the accessories and fuel pump and things still work. Set up ur kill switch so that it breaks the ignition circuit. Thas my best guess

heres the only other way i can think of. this HAS to work, it kills power to the coil. its the safest and easiest way i think.
