I have an '89 lx w/ a 302, 40 over w/ trw forged pistons, eagle forged rods, ford racing crank, ford racing e303 cam, trick flow twisted wedge heads, trick flow upper & lower intake, bbk 65mm spacer w/ bbk 65mm throttle body and a cold air intake, it also haves a msd 6al box, msd blaster coil, msd distributor and a superchip, 24lbs injectors and 1 5/8 mac shorty headers, It runs terribly, cold start are hard it stall and conks out. When it is running it pops out of the intake, and the power seems to come and go any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

have you checked the basics yet? fuel pressure, timing, TPS, etc?

 

Yes i have checked all sensors, valves, springs & cam they are in good working order

 

check you timing...

 

timming has also been checked i've had the car to 2 different shops and they cant figure it out either, i read something about grounds so i will be checking them tomorrow
