Hello, I have a friend who just bought a 93 LX 5.0, but the previous owner lost the ignition key. Can anybody tell me how we can remove the ignition lock. Or would it be just as easy to have a lock smith come out and make a key? Any suggestions would be great!

I'd go with a locksmith. You can buy complete key/cylinder assemblies for cheap but I don't know how to remove the cylinders without damage. With the key, it's easy. Key on, press a little button under the cylinder and it slides out.
