Default Radiator Question

I have a question regarding a radiator for my '65 coupe. My engine will be done next week and I need to buy a radiator. The engine is the stock 289 but it does have mild upgrades. (New comp cam, slightly bored out so the engine would be machined properly, pistons to fit, comp lifters)

My father-in-law (who knows a lot more about this stuff than me!) stated he felt a stock radiator would be fine. I started pricing them considering a 3 row vs a 2 row. I was wondering why the 3 rows were significantly cheaper than the two rows. Mustangs Unlimited has a two row for $169 and a 3 row for $124. The sizes for both are listed as the same. Do you guys know which would truly cool better and if a stock replacement would be sufficient.

Thanks in advance!

(Trying to learn this stuff!)
