Heat it with a portable torch and use vice grips or channel locks.

you will never get a wrench or anthing up on the nut it is just to dam tight on the passenger side . so if you went at it for 5 hours you must be saving the H pipe or you would of just cut off as mutch as you could then unbolted the headder and got the stud out on your work bench right . aside from the sparkle wrench or destroying the H pipe you are olny left with one of those gripper sockets that are like a femail verson of a E-Z out you know what I'm talking about

A pnumatic chisle could blow it apart in on time ( wear hearing protection ) the old fassion nut splitter might do it but it would have you hanging over the fender with your feet in the air reaching down to turn it and they dont work all the time

You need the sparkle wrench . get in the yellow pages and call a Iron worker if you cant get your hands on one . they will come out and cut it for you .trust me I hade them come out a coupple times befor I finaly bought a oxy/ settey set
