so i have my 89 mustang gt sitting in my garage with the keys hanging in the ignition and the doors locked. can i get the doors open with a slim jim and how do i do it? i don't want to wreck anything and i really can't afford to pay a lock smith to come out and open it. any idea's? thanks.

 

drill the lock cylinder in the center,on the hatch it will open up, climb in

I would try the pass door and try to jamb down a stiff
wire in an attempt to push the unlock button.

I would call a friendly cop that I know to open it.

I would buy a window sliding bar and pull up on the
button linkage.

I would buy a extra key fastafter I get it open.
