Default 390 conversion

I have a 83 Mustang LX and was wondering if I could swap with a 390 out of a 77 f100.

bull crap...if a 429-460 will fit than a fe motor will fit...(352-360-390-427) it will fit but will require special oil pan, headers..etc..
