Default brake squeel

feel stupid for asking, but here goes. replaced front brakes on my gt & still squeeling when i apply pressure. used anti squeel on previous set, still made noise, so i bought these quiet pads so to speak. still doing it. any ideas? how about the top bolt on the caliper? i noticed it really didn't have grease on it. grease her up to quit the noise? thanks for the help guys.

Rotors? If you haven't replaced them in a while, you could be due for a new set.

Yah, I really only know of two things major things that will cause squeal - rotors and the caliper. If you replaced the caliper and didn't notice anything different with the bolts, than my best guess is the rotor.

It might be you rear brakes, or if you are sure it isn't just see if you can get your rotors turned.

Rather than getting new ones. New brakes can squeak, give them a couple days and if they still squeak. Turn your rotors, and get new calipers.
