hi all. i just got the VMP intake w/ an S&B cone filter. i saw on the S&B website that they have their own cleaner & different oil applicator which looks real time consuming. just wondering...can i use the K&N filter cleaner and oil on the S&B filter? i already have the k&n stuff for the wife's car. i hope i don't have to stock another product for my filter.

what do you guys use for your cone filters? i'm assuming that the JLT, Steeda, C&L, etc. all have their own filter brands. thanks for the help & info.

i got a k&n in my mach, and a off brand reusable filter that came w my cai for my fox body. i use the k&n oil and cleaner on that filter and it works the same. i checked my mass airflow sensor after about a week and it was good as new. you would prob be safe to use your k&n stuff on tha filter w/out any probs.
