RE: Vertical Doors?
No..... They are just there to be different, for looks, for originality and that expensive look, and trust me thems aint cheep.
Personally I think whoever has em and has them done right is cool, if they dont then they are still cool. Mustang peeps are mustang peeps and we all have different tastes ya know? Least we like the same basic thing

In no way does lambo doors make the car look or seem faster than it really is, thus it isn't rice.

Rice isn't just about the appearance of speed. You ever seen those Hondas with 24 speakers and 7 subwoofers? They actually sell sets where you can put TWO car batteries to power the ridiculous sound system that threatens to vibrate their transmission of the mounts. THAT'S RICE and so are lambo doors. Unless it's a low low LOWered car like a lotus, delorian, or lambo (and others), those look absolutely ridiculous. But that's just my humble opinion.

I don't know if they are rice or not but I hate them. That would be the absolute LAST mod I would do to my car and I would only do it if it was a show car AFTER everything else was done and I was saying....hmmm, what else could I possibly do to this car to make it unique.

So you're one of those, anything that's an import or something import people do = rice. got it. Opinion noted.

RE: Vertical Doors?
vertical opening doors on a mustang..... hmmm.... I dont know, to me part of the charm of the mustang is how its very similar to the muscle cars of old... rear wheel drive V8 with a live axle (except the cobras, yea yea).... point is, lambo doors on a mustang is like putting strawberry jelly on a steak, its just not where it belongs.
