ok i went to my g/f house like 30 min ago and there was no place to park on her dead end street exept a strip of curb that was painted yellow so i had to park there,,anyways the neighber backed into my car and said her insurance wouldnt pay for it.

is this true?? or can i get her company to pay for it?

 

Um, if her insurance won't cover it...then she needs to pay for it out of her pocket, that's if it is her fault.</P>


If you were parked illegally, you have to make a claim to your insurance company and fork out $500-$1000, whatever your policy is.</P>

 

It's her fault she needs to pay. But the insuarnce company may look at as your fault because you were parked illegally. Sorry for SP mistakes.... Going to be a battle to get it fixed under a claim. Keep chugging they should give in.

even if you where parked illegely..she is still at fault due to failual to control her car ie. careless or even wreckless driving. the bad thing is you let her leave the sence I guess to advoid the 50.00 ticket you would had got. if it's bad you can go to small claims court. just remember the burden is on you to prove..we'll be looking for ya on judge brown..good luck

ok guys i called her insurance up and i have an app. to get fixed next tuesday.

they are gunna pay for it as long as she doesnt say it wasnt her fault.
