Default PINK LEDs?

Out of curiousity, does anyone know somewhere that I can get pink LEDs to light the dash gauges in a 97 ford mustang GT? I'm not sure if such a thing is made for cars, but I thought I'd see what I could find.

I don't know why. I presume that an LED is an LED for the most part. I like pink. In any case I found some last night that I can order, so I can retract the question.

Well here's the problem, the gauges of our Mustangs are covered with a blue film. They look teal because the yellow bulbs they use blend with the blue to make a greenish color. Unless you can figure out what color mixes with blue to make pink and use that color LED (if u can find it) you probably should just forget the idea

But if I change the gauges won't that solve the problem? Additionally, can't I just change the bulb under the gauges to an LED in pink?

that is what he is saying....the guage face is theoretically all black, with blue transparent spots in them (that let the light through). the bulbs behind there are yellow, and when the blue mixes with the yellow it produces the green color that you see from the front. if you want them to shine pink then you are going to have to get a bulb color that blends with blue to make pink, and i dont think that is really possible...

No, you dont need to find a bulb that will blend to make pink. All you need to do is sand off the film on the back of the gauges. I did it a few weeks ago and just got my blue LEDs in last week. I'm still trying to fix the "hot spots" but I love the way it looks.
