ok well...i havent yet gotten this mustang but a friend of my dads has a mustang its a fox body from 87-93 i don't know the exact year...but i guess the engine has been totaly rebuilt and there is a noise coming from the engine....he thinks its the cam because they used the old cam when they rebuilt it...now this doesn't sound correct to me but maybe my dad heard wrong and there is also one more noise...its coming from the trans...its a 5 speed....tomorrow i will have more info on this but i thought maybe someone has had some problems and had different noisese coming from these places...not the engine has been bored .30 over i believe...the car is 400-500 dollars...i needs oviously engine and trans work and needs a paint job buts its a 5.0 and 5 speed and well i love mustangs and it would be a great project car...my daily car is going to be a 91 eagle talon soi have time to fix it and everything and acually plan on taking the engine and trans out and fixing them...probably going to rebuilt the trans and put in a better clutch and a lighter fly wheel...i'm also going to just make sure the engine is in good tune and probably put in a cam and lifters and valves or something while the engine is out...and then put it back in..if i can afford it i will get a port and polish...then i'm going to do you know intake exhaust headers gears...pulley...and a few other things...give it some more kick and then have some summer time fun with it...the car runs and drive but makes there noises....the car comes with another engine so i mean if it comes down to it i will just drop that in there...but i kind of want to keep it and put it in my dad ranger...
