Take the filler neck off the car and try to see if there is anything in it. Some kids or someone that doesnt like you or how nice your car is might of put something in there. Or order a new filler neck and replace the old one. Was gonna say take a look at the nozzles at teh station your filling up at. I know if the nozzles are worn to a certain point than can shut off prematurely or not automaticaly stop and overflow gas.

I've had a similar problem filling the water tank on my travel trailer. Turned out to be the tank vent was plugged and not allowing air out as the water went in. Your fuel tank has to have a vent as well. I have no idea where it is but it's worth a look.

Think most filler neck's on most cars has the vent valve inside the filler neck. Thats why i said to take it out and inspect it.
