Headlight help?

Headlight help?
The head lights on my car 96' cobra are factory. The low beams are dull and my brights look about like the low beams should look. The lenses are clear, not fogged up or anything like that.My question is what could I do, replace the bulbs, and if so what bulb should I replace it with. Thanks alot
