Stock is 30 psi. As for racing you want a flat of a footprint as possible. Experiment is the only answer here.

Some slicks and soft racing tires want single digits like 6 or 8 psi.
Hard low profile street tires will want alot more.

Some people run slicks at different psi for different reasons but most are usually low. I run slicks at about 12-14 psi.

I'm currently running at 40, which is high. I guess I'd say normal is around 35, depending on your driving habits, and preferred has mileage..

Mostly test and tune dude, on a day off play around with adding or subtracting pressure from the stock spec of most regular tires (32psi). The less pressure you have in your tires the more expansion will take place, and in most cases more expansion = more traction.

You only need to adjust the rear wheel pressure on Mustangs because the rear is where the traction is needed obviously...

For the most part I would leave the pressure at stock specs unless you are running slicks for the 1/4 mile, I think slicks have a minimum pressure of 5-6 psi but im not 100% sure of that.

Read on the side of the tire. It will tell you. Also check your air pressure when the tires are cold
