Default struts help!!!!!!!

how do i remove the strut tower bracket from the strut .. im in the middle of changing my struts and i cant get them off please help!!!!

Strut in a vice, large socket wrench. You have to make sure you aren't turning the strut within the housing, put the STRUT in the housing, not the housing.

strut compressor is much safer keeps you from getting a spring in the face

It looks like he's working with a coil-off-of-strut setup.

Unless I'm totally missing something. ANd yes, Jwog is correct, a spring decompressing that rapidly can be fatal!
