i am not going to pay over 120. bucks for this CAI system. especially when its at that mustangtuning for 79. bucks?

does anyone have a link for one that in stock rightnow for my stang?

Make sure whatever one you get pulls air from the fender well. The ones that pull air from under the hood, even with a shroud around them are lame. They actually will hurt performance if they suck in hot air. They'll sound better when you get on it but that would be about it. Cool air = performance. I'm also not a big fan of foam filters. There is a lot of information available that states they let too much crap by. The best alternative filter that I know of is a "Green filter".

ok now i feel stupid. that CAI is for a 98 stang.
i didnt realize it until after i already paid for it.
the guy hasnt answered my email yet.
will this one work on my car or not?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that but it is possible that physically it will fit but there may be some different mounting for the IAC sensor or the MAF is slightly different. Maybe ask on the V-6 forum...they might know. I checked the sellers other items and that's the only one he lists for a stang. If you end up having to buy it, no worries, re-ebay it...you'll get your money back less shipping.

whoops. oh well, just wait for him to e-mail back. i'm sure he's got ones for a 99-04 if it doesn't fit. he's selling boatloads of other intakes.
