i just check all of my cop's the msd ones and each 1 is getting a spark. i cleared all the codes to clear the engine light and went to take it for a test drive and when the car went into drive (automatic) it just about shut off i threw it into park and it reved itself back into an idle where it sounded like it had a 600 lift cam in it

currently the engine light isnt on. and im going to take it to the dealership and see what they tell me tomorrow.*prepares to take off arm and leg to hand to dealership* lol

 

2 days into it and i still got the same problem...the car doesnt sound too too bad in park. it has a little bit of a cam sound in it. when it is placed into drive it goes into a craze and jumps from 50 rpms to 800 rpms a few times before the motor cuts off completely. ive had 6 people look at it in these 2 days and we still cant figure this out.

 

fixed it i think..it runs now. i "uped" the drive rpm and neutral rpm and the car doesnt have a mean cam sound. the car in drive was at 400 rpms and i uped that to 710 and the neutral is at 780

 

good to hear, did the lean codes come back?

 

well..i thought i fixed the problem..i think i have a little bit of tinkering with the rpm settings because when i went from reverse to neutral the service engine light came back on.

im going to check the codes tomorrow morning and find out if its because of those o2 sensors.

i havea set of hooker super comp long tubes and non catted x pipe getting ready to go on so im going to be deleting those codes in a few days anyway so if its those then my problems should be solved i hope.
