Default Tuner question.

Dont ask me why----

Is it possible to 'tune OUT' a SCer? Essentially making the car run at 300 HP with the addition of a SCer?

If so, would it burn more gass?

If not, how much CAN it be tuned down to to total ___ HP? 350? 400?

Thanks a TON!!

No. A "SCer" is mechanical not software or programming.

Well you can tune down your engine so that the SCer only brings the HP up to it's original?

A big problem with superchargers is that they consume a LOT of power when making even more power. You can tune out the "making more power" part but you can't tune out the parasitic losses.

Try it & your fuel economy will SUCK at the same time the engine is making dull power..
