Default Traction Control

Does anyone know if I can permantly disable my traction control? I only drive it in the nice weather and it is annoying to have to turn it off every time I start the car.

Yea buy a handheld tuner. Most tuners include the option of letting you shut off the TC

Here's a question, with the TC engaged does it affect the feel of the car when accelerating briskly? I thought it only came into play when the wheels would broke loose? Am I wrong on that assumption?

right does the traction control beingon change the acceleration or only when it is engaged by weal spin. and if only when weal spin does it affect acceleration then why would you want to turn it off. you go slower if your spinning than if it engages for a second to get traction

Yes TC only kicks in when it senses wheel spin, it has NO effect at all if you're just accelerating rapidly. I'm guessing Veets likes to do lots of impromptuburnouts

Unless you like spinning your tires everytime you take off then don't disable it. Its a good safety feature that can keep you out of a ditch one day. Its best just to learn to drive your car without breaking tires loose. Only Turn it off to race, burnouts or brake stands.
