i think moser sent me the wrong stuff
so i got my bearings in the mail with my axles and had a few questions for you guys. i would have called moser but they are closed on the week end. anyways, how many bearings are in the rear cause they only sent me 4. one is very small, does it go on the pinion? if so, i know two of them are the carrier bearings for the limited slip but why did i only get 1 other. how does 1 bearing support two axles? it cant!
in the second pic, there are two pinion gears. one is none ford (the one with the big bearing on it) the other gear is ford motorsport with the small bearing. is that where that small bearings goes? if not where does it go? is there supposed to be a small bearing or are they supposed to be the same size? help!

I believe there are two pinion bearings, two carrier bearings and two axle bearings (1 each) which you probably didn't get as I wouldn't think it would be in a kit for the differential.

For a complete Rear End there are 6 Bearings
1 Large Pinion Bearing
1 Small Pinion Bearing
2 Carrier Bearings
2 Axle Bearings
The main Bearings that must be replaced are the Pinion Bearings. They take the most abuse due to the Pre Load of installing the Pinion back into the differential. Conact Moser today. I am an Authorized Moser Distributor. Have never had any issues with them. They ahve mistakenly sent me a wrong set in the past and have always dont the right thing.
