This is a dealer from the St.Louis area, and we have NOT had good luck with them from their Mitsubishi department. A few years ago (about 4) about 8 cars were stolen off their maintenance lot, and ours was one of them. Police contacted us saying they found the car wrapped around a pole. The other cars were found scattered all over the place burned to char, torn apart for parts, and anything else you could think of.

Oh, and after being stolen off of their lot from one of their employees they stated that we should pay the difference if we want another car. My family bought the car off of them brand new. We ended up having to talk to the owner of Auffenberg and not only was he really hard to get ahold of, but he was not a friendly person to work with, and it was obvious he cared very little about the customer that's already been sold a car. My family only recieved what we were owed after threatening a law suit (or even a class action law suit for that matter). Sounds like awesome customer satisfaction..

If you're thinking about Auffenberg, I think you should think again. I agree with what this guy is saying right here, as I have living proof of Awfulberg's services. Doesn't surprise me they can't even label a car right, if it was REALLY an accident in the first place.
