Default Heating Question

When I turn my heater out it blows warm moist air which makes the windows fug pretty bad when its raining or cold out. What could cause it and how do i fix it? Also all the door locks dont work, what could i do about that?

The heater core could be leaking....

The door locks....could be a fuse...maybe unplugged if someone had the door panels off. You need to start with the fuse box though.

it could be the drain hose from the AC evaporator coil is stopped up and the water is being held back up in the heater/AC box. check for the drain line down low on the firewall on the passenger side and see if it's plugged, you might be able to run a stiff wire up in it to clear it out. if it is the heater core leaking, then it should definitely smell like antifreeze, especially when it's hot.
