Default FR500GT question

If you ever look at the FR500GT wit the cobra letters on the front bumper, you will notice the front splinter lip. One version that you see for sale for like 125,000$ has those 2 little rods facing up and next to each other. Thats all well and great, but if you look at that purple one that has the cobra on the front bumper, you will see those 2 rods are connected to the lip or bumper and are angled at like 75 deg rees into the bumper somewhere. Besides that, the one thats like at a angle.. What the hell is that part called? Those rod connectors and the bumper. Im not sure if its a full assembly or what but i see you cant by it online like every other cup car part you can. Or atleast i cant find it.

Does anyone know what the hell its called or does, and if they even sell it? It looks so sick and i just have no idea. Im guessing its a reinforcement rod or something. Take a close look at a fr500gt bumper and you will see it.

Default RE: FR500GT question

Its an adjustable front spliter. The 2 rods are how you adjust the angle of the splitter, to increase/decrease downforce/lift on the front end.

(I think)
