2 Step Launch Control?

2 Step Launch Control?
I saw some videos online of supras and evos revving at a stand still and their tailpipes are shooting flames and explosionsand just sounding like high calibur guns going off. effing bada$$. These videos say they have 2 step launch control rev limiter by MSD. I understand that this 2 step gives you two rev limits. my auto 05 V6 stang revs to 4k in neutral and park. it gets just up to the red area when in gear. when i hold the pedal all the way down in neutral or park, it is very very quiet.how do i get it to go"BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG" like the cars in the videos? is it more than just the 2 step doing that? if i get a diablosport or xcal 2/3 tuner, can it do the same thing as a 2step?
Thanks for bearing with my stupidity and ignorance with cars.
P.S. went to my first drag race today and it just happened to be mustang day. saw some 8 seconds and i think two 6 second runs.

RE: 2 Step Launch Control?
Those little ricer cars are built to tach high and your car is'nt. I would'nt be reving a stock motor as you described or you may hear a final "bang" . Your rev limiter is their for a good reason and should'nt be eliminated or raised unless your built for it.

RE: 2 Step Launch Control?
Fire out of the tailpipe is an indication of a BADLY tuned car [:@]unless the guy has a flamethrower kit (injecting fuel into the exhaust & lighting it)
Don't believe all that stupid crap on movies like Fast & Furious where they have color matching flames for each car LOL expecially when they hit the naaawwwwzzz & fire belches out the tailpipe.
You'll oftensee REAL race cars belch fire out of the exhaust because they're running open pipe (no muffler) AND burning lots of fuel.

RE: 2 Step Launch Control?
nifty trick...but DO NOT TRY IT WITH YOUR CAR!
We (my father (desil mechanic), uncle (anything mechanic/engineer),a family friend (engineer), and i(dumb kid)) spliced a switch into a plug-wire on our 79 Ramcharger. The switch disabled the plug in the 3rd(i think..figured by some equation with the firing order) cyl. and sparked a plug we installed at the tip of the exhaust. The result...a 15+ foot flame out the single side exhaust.
