Default 5.4 swapIs it worth it

I have access to a 5.4 triton engine out of a 2003 F-150. If it's possible, Is the swap wotrh the time and money, what will I need to do it. Thanks.

What are you swapping it into? What engine is in the car now? Can you do your own mechanical work?

What a good question! An '02 GT. The motor only has about 35K and my motor has 38K. I can do my own work and its the 4.6 stock internals
