Default Off Topic HELP

This happened a while ago, but I want it fixed. I have a 1990 Chevy Silverado 1500 and its ****ed up right now. I plugged a back heater into the cig outlet and it blew something. I already changed fuses, and I looked and couldn't find the problem. The radio does not work at all, and the dome light dont work. I have no clue what is wrong. please help.

Have you looked at fuses under the hood? If so, try fusible links on back of alternator.
