I have a windstar intake to put on my V6. I plan on s/cing a 4.2 to drop in and replace the 3.8. The intake opening on the windstar is about 60mm wouldnt that be a chokepoint even if i got a 65mm TB? or would a larger TB still be worth the $$?

I may be able to bore the windstar a little..ill have to look closer when i get a chance.

figured this fit in gen tech because a TB is a TB no matter what its attached to.

 

The intake's width will limit the airflow no matter how much larger your TB is. Also, the WS upper can't really be openned up any more than it is. I'd just get the same sized TB.
