I just replaced the speakers in my 95 vert. After reassembling the rear interior I have found my seatbelts will not lock up. I tore it apart again to check and make sure I put it back together correctly. Now the weird part. Without the belts bolted in they lock up fine, even when held in the same position as they are bolted in, as soon as I bolt them in they stop locking up. Anyone with any ideas?
