Default Window Washer Fluid in Power Steering

So my son was trying to be helpful and filled all the vehicles window washer fluids. This morning I see a spot under the mustang and it was oily. I opened the hood and saw the power steering reservoir was overflowing. The fluid looks sort of like pink milk. You guess it he topped off the power steering fluid with window washer fluid. I have only put about 30 miles on the car since. Should I completely flush the system or just empty the reservoir and refill?
Thanks

That's what I figured. It kills me that there's not even 1900 miles on it yet. Anyone know how much fluid a flush takes? I've never done one before.

If you get it done from a shop, ask them to actually disconnect the lines that connect the powersteering pump to the rack itself. Most shops I know simply put the car on the lift and turn the wheel side to side for a while and call that a power steering flush, even though they actually didn't flush ANYTHING. They also charge $80 for this "service"and alsousethe incorrect fluid. What you want is to actually FLUSH out the system, get the fluid out of the power steering lines and the power steering rack. You can only do this if you disconnect those lines, let the fluid drain out, and then turn the wheel side to side while the line is disconected so the fluid spits out of the rack. Also, refillthe systemwith Mercon V automatic transmission fluid, do not use "power steering fluid." Check your owner's manual for the exact fluid to use.
