6 disc cd player problems

Default 6 disc cd player problems

I got a 2003 mustang gt and it comes with the 6 disc cd changer. i put 6 cds in it and now it says cd error and i cant get them out or play it. Same thing happen with my 2003 v6 i dont know how to get it out and i dont want to take it to factory and pay out my ***. thanks for ANY suggestions

Some brands of CD-R blanks are thicker than storebought CD's & they can get jammed in the player[:@]

It happens to me too. I just fiddle with the eject,, going from 1 thru 6,, & with a bit of patience eventually they start ejecting out.

mines done it a couple of times, i just poked it with a drinking straw and it came out

same thing here. I had to replace mine with a pioneer cd player. Much nicer, no jams or skips. Its easy to replace and probably cheaper than taking it to get it fixed. Plus you can get more options like plug in your ipod or usb device.
